Tally ERP 9 Bookkeeping Support

I need a reliable bookkeeper who can jump straight into my Tally ERP 9 environment and keep our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable fully up to date. Day-to-day you will be recording purchase bills, issuing sales invoices, allocating payments, and making sure every vendor and customer balance matches reality.

We work in a fast-moving food-products business, so accuracy and same-day posting matter. You’ll have direct access to our Tally company file through a secure remote session and will coordinate with me for any source documents you still need. Knowledge of basic GST treatment is helpful; if you already use Tally’s shortcut keys and voucher classes, even better.

Deliverables I expect each week:
• A/R and A/P ledgers fully posted and matched
• Ageing reports exported to Excel for management review
• A brief summary of outstanding issues or missing documents
