Talent Market Mapping

We are a high-tech start-up operating at the cutting edge of physics and engineering. As we rapidly grow, we are looking for talent to join our team. Due to the highly specialised nature of our work a main hotbed of talent is academia.
We are looking for help developing a market map of potential employees who are currently in academia (or have recently left). To help you in this task we have already compiled a list of university research groups that we are interested in and just need your help finding information about the researchers inside them.
Your tasks would include:
- Finding members of specific research groups. (There is usually a list)
- Determining what their research focus is in. (We will provide you with a list of keywords to help with this)
- Finding members websites such as Google Scholar and LinkedIn.
- Filling out an Excel sheet with all this information.
Candidates with a engineering or physics background are preferred but not essential.
