Talent Acquisition Dashboard Development

I'm in need of a Power BI executive summary talent acquisition dashboard for my company. It needs to be manually configurable by me going forward. This dashboard will be utilized on both web and mobile platforms. It should comprehensively display key metrics such as:
- Time-to-hire
- Source of hire
- Total hires separated by contingent and employed
- Total hires by Region
- Hires by Grade
- Comparisons by this year and last
- Current job openings by region
The visual style of the dashboard should be primarily infographics. Therefore, you must have skills in data visualization, UI/UX design and web/mobile development. Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics is a plus.
