Taking data from a workbook to another workbook -- 2

What am trying to do is take data from one workbook to another. Not just copy pasting columns. Suppose the workbook 1 has columns named, Name ( lastname, firstname) and marks. I want to print the name and marks in the other workbook 2 too, but here the Name column should be (firstname, lastname).
