Takeoff and Template on 3 Construction Projects
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm looking for a proficient freelancer who can assist me in creating a unified takeoff template for reports. I also want the template to be used in performing a takeoff for three diverse project plans, each consisting of a moderate level of complexity.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Merging three Excel takeoff templates to form a solitary, comprehensive automated takeoff solution.
- Executing takeoff processes on three distinct construction plans, scaling them to identify the contact
square foot, concrete volume, and waterproofing requirements. (Foundation)
- Using Excel, you must break down the findings both project-wise and material-wise, resulting in a
devised report that combines all the required elements.
- Have the takeoff measurements recorded on the summary page and broken out as length, area,
depth/height, width/thickness, count/each, etc.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel, including the knowledge of consolidation, analysis, and report
functions.
- Significant experience in the building and construction industry, particularly with construction projects
of moderate complexity.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for detail to ensure the accuracy of calculations and
measurements.
- Experience in creating construction cost estimates.
By focusing not just on the completion of this task, but on the quality and thoroughness of the takeoff and the resulting report, you have the potential to set a standard for future projects.
Need to be completed by Sunday, March 10th.
