Takealot Seller Account Management Assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn freelancer to assist with our Takealot seller account for 6 hours a day. The position offers a monthly payment of PKR 50,000. Newcomers are welcome, and we value a strong desire to learn!
Responsibilities:
Upload new products to the seller account.
Create replenishment shipments as needed.
Analyze return reasons and determine necessary actions to prevent future returns.
Dispute returns with Takealot if they are a result of a Takealot error.
Compare shipment sent items with purchase invoices to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
Basic proficiency in English and Urdu is mandatory.
Familiarity with Excel is important.
Previous experience with e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.pk, Amazon, or similar is a plus but not required.
A willingness to find and watch instructional YouTube videos to enhance learning about e-commerce practices.
Additional Notes:
You will be granted access to my PC via TeamViewer to explore the seller portal and learn. We are looking for individuals who can pick things up quickly and are keen to develop their skills as they work with us.
