Take 60,000 rows of excel data & separate into ~1,000 csv files (60 rows each, keep row 1 headers)

Need assistance to take over 62,000 rows of excel data and separate it into over 1,000 csv files of 60 rows each, while keeping the headers on row 1. We’ll share access to a dropbox folder if it’s easier, and we want the macro in case we need it in the future.
