Transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interaction
Escalate or transfer calls as needed
Job Requirements for data entry transcription:
Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer
Bilingual is a plus
