Tableau expert to build a one page dashboard

I am looking for an experienced Tableau expert to help me build a one page dashboard. I will provide the data source from an Excel file and will lay out my main objective, which is to view key performance indicators (KPIs). Although I do have some ideas in mind for the dashboard's layout and design, I'm open to different suggestions. The successful Freelancer must have extensive knowledge in Tableau and creating breakdowns, visualizations, and story telling with the data. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to deliver results within a reasonable timeframe.
