Tableau Specialist to Move Current Excel Analysis into Tableau

Job ID: 35045803

Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP

Migrate current Excel analysis across to Tableau. This has already been completed for one of our programs, so there will be file templates and guidance on requirements and a starting point to work from for each of the parts described below.
Steps below are required for 4 other programs/datasets:
Cleanse and prepare data in Excel to suit Tableau requirements. Data currently contained in flat Excel tables.
Tableau file 1 - Main bar charts. Create around 200 charts, with corresponding dashboards, calculated fields for quartiles, averages, history etc. including a configuration tab where companies, data years, file versions etc. to be included in the charts can be defined.
Create export output tab – amalgamation of all charts into a single dashboard tab, using a Tableau extension/plug-in to enable export of all charts to PowerPoint in one click.
Tableau file 2 - Gap analysis. Create a selection of other charts, waterfalls, paretos, scatters. c.30 chart combinations with supporting calculations. Again, these have already been completed for first program, so there is a defined template of charts to work with.
Tableau file 3 - Data tables - set of values in one single table that mirror the chart values in the main bar charts file. Same as files 1 and 2, this has been done for first program, so method and template already present to work from. Table should be able to be exported to Excel format. Templates are in place.
Tableau file 4 - Trend charts. Series of around 20 bar and line combo charts, showing historical values for companies and percentiles.
