TUO to XERO import file

I need some help adding some functions to (TUO to Xero Import 2023) file that I started about three years ago. Basically I export a excel file from one program (Vie13USa-Dealer-Order_Detial_Reort) and need to import it to another program. But before the import I have to move some data around. Some files attached to help understand what has been done in the past. A word doc attached to help understand what I need added.
