Synchronize Google drive / Google Sheet

I made a marketingplan based on weeks (52 weeks in a main sheet).
I need to split it quarterly and then synch into 4 quarterly folders.

Meaning I have 1 main sheet and then 4 sub-sheet (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4).
So content within january, february and march should be synched into Q1 with both style/color and content.
April, may and june, then needs to be synched into Q2 folder etc.
Its important that all content and colors for each cell and coloumns are synched as well.
Main sheet is the primary sheet and the other folders needs to be synched from the mainfolder automatically everytime we make a change in main-sheet.
Is this possible?
