Sync Excel Sheet and Google Sheet in real time

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with syncing an Excel sheet and a Google sheet in real time.
Data to be synced: Both text and numbers.
Sync type: I require a two-way sync, where changes made in either sheet will be reflected in the other sheet automatically.
Data size: The approximate size of the data is less than 1 MB.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in syncing data between Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with real-time syncing technologies
