Job title: Amazon FBA Supply Chain Specialist
Work timings with time zone: see below options
- M-Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST if 5 days per week
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration of the project: 0-3 months trial period, long term if qualified
Responsibilities:
Conduct purchasing and stocking activities for a range of consumer brands
Weekly and Monthly Reporting for Accounting and Brand Management purposes
Maintain relationships with suppliers
Maintain forecasting systems with Brand Managers
Required Skills:
Significant Excel Experience (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Linear/Exponential Regressions, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.)
Professional Email writing (to conduct correspondence with Vendors)
Experience in Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software (Netsuite, Skubana, Zendesk, etc.)
Experience with purchasing products and maintaining inventory
