Suburb Data Extraction to CSV

I need a dataset queried to extract specific information for each address in a suburb into a CSV file. I require the following information:

- Address
- Floor Space Ratio
- Land Zoning
- Heritage
- Lot Size
- Height of Building
- Land Application

I will provide a link to the dataset package via DM. There are many file types in the package including .gdbtable, .dbf & .shp to name a few. I'm not sure how to read these files.

I require the tool/program to read the dataset files and instructions on how to query it.
