Structured Excel Data Entry & Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an existing spreadsheet whose column order must stay exactly as it is. The job is two-fold: first, copy or import new records into those fixed columns with great attention to accuracy; second, run a concise analysis on the completed sheet so I can spot trends and totals at a glance.
All formats are already defined and quite straightforward—dates, currency, and a handful of text fields—so once you see the file you’ll know what belongs where. I don’t have separate templates to share because the live workbook itself is the template.
Here is what I will consider a finished delivery:
• The workbook returned with every new row entered in the correct columns, no headers moved or renamed.
• Basic analysis completed inside the same file—think clear formulas, maybe a pivot table or two, or a small dashboard sheet—so I can filter key metrics without touching the raw data.
• A short note describing any formulas or functions you added, so future updates stay consistent.
If you are comfortable working directly in Excel (or Google Sheets, then exporting back to Excel without breaking formats), this should be a smooth engagement.
