Structural engineer to create Excel to automate structural calculations

Looking for structural engineer to create Excel spreadsheet to automate structural calculations (for items like vanity, cabinets, anchor bolts etc) and also automate generation of final report.
This Excel spreadsheet will be used by user (who is not a structural engineer). He just has to key inputs in the Excel spreadsheet and the output results will be displayed.
You also have to writeup simple instructions/guide for the user on how to use the Excel spreadsheet and generate final report.
Requirements:
-qualified structural engineer proficient with detailed structural calculations
-advanced Excel user (preferably proficient with macros, VBA)
