Streamline Lead Data Transfer to Excel

I need a solution to efficiently transfer data from our lead intake form (currently in Word format but happy to change this) to our existing Excel spreadsheet. The purpose of this process is for improved data analysis.
Essentially, data should be transferred every time we receive a new lead. The data fields we primarily deal with include:
- Name and contact details
- Specific preferences or requirements
