Strategy Interactive Dashboard _ Excel_VBA_Visualization

I have an action plan excel template that tracking the strategic initiatives we've developed (+20 only), i need someone who's expert in developing intearctive and professional dashboard to track the progressions for these strategic initiatives, and can be filtered with diffrent items.
in addition to that the dashboard should read from an excel sheet that needs to be developed to capture the inputs that mentioned in the inittiave action plans ( delayed milestones, completion rate, progressions...etc)
