Store Manager Item Confirmation Automation

I need automation to streamline communication with store managers regarding new furniture items. The solution can be an automation or an AI Agent in N8N.
Requirements:
- Contact store managers via email to confirm if they have room for new items.
- Collect responses (yes/no and estimated date).
- If no response, send a reminder email.
- If still no response, make an automated phone call.
- Escalate to a supervisor if there's no response after the call.
- Input and output should be in Excel format.
- Must integrate with a custom database
