stock watch list that would track three indicators: macd , stochastic and SMa . For user defined period of time

Alerts when they all cross above or below a user defined input. Inputs would be user defined such as(price, macd output, stochastic output, SMa output). All or nothing alert option

Macd , stochastic and SMa need to have adjustable settings looking for day time period end of day is enough I do not need real time quotes.
This could be made on excel or Google sheets. Open to other methods. As long as I can receive alerts to email/phone
