Stock Trading gathering and reporting

I have two projects that I need assistance with. I prefer not to post the exact details as they are confidential ideas. What I can tell you is the information is reported and available daily but is accumulated and distributed to the public as either top 10s, or with a quarterly lag. I can do this in excel but it is just time consuming,
