Stock Tracking Solution

I am sending various types of Saline to different labs globally, and I need a single solution that can track their inventory levels. This system should notify me if any lab is about to run out of a particular type of Saline so I can send them a new package. To make this prediction, the system should use past data from each lab.

I'm looking for an existing solution that is easy to use and does not require any development work. more of like google sheet thingy.

Please bid if you are sure you can do it right away, I don't have time for trying.
