Statistical Analysis of Excel Data

I need help analysing some data in the attached excel sheet.
The excel sheet show the cost per mobile plan for 2-3 mobile plan providers in most european cities. I need you to help me split the countries into two zones. Zone a and zone b.
Zone a are the lower cost countries and zone b are the higher cost countries.
You need to calculate the average cost for plans for each country and split that up into the two pricing tiers.
When you have done that you need to make a graph illustrating the pricing variations for each of the zones for each country. The graph needs to make it easy to see what the cost variation is for each country in each zone.
You decide how you deliver the finished product, but it needs to interactive, sharable and easy for non statistical to use to see which countries are in what zone and how the price fluctuate within the zones and within the countries.
