Standardize Excel Cell Spacing

I have a multi-sheet Excel workbook where the distance between the text and the cell borders varies from sheet to sheet. I need that spacing cleaned up so every sheet looks identical—no matter how many rows or columns there are—using the same margin between the content and each cell edge.
What I expect:
• Review the entire workbook and adjust the padding so the text-to-border spacing is uniform across all existing sheets.
• Apply the same rule to any hidden or protected sheets, preserving formulas and formats already in place.
• Deliver the file back ready for print or PDF export, with no clipping or unexpected text wrapping.
