Stam pdf invoices with approval information on EXCEL File

I have an accounting firm. All my clients put all supplier's invoices (pdf format) in a dropbox folder. I want an excel file to allow the approval of invoices, throw the stamp of the invoices (with information about the nature of the cost and cost centre) and move those approved invoices to a new folder in dropbox.
