Staffing Data Automation Across Multiple Platforms

As part of the staffing industry, I'm constantly dealing with large amounts of worker data. I currently have an existing manual process which helps move worker data from one tool to 20 different platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Simple VMS, VNDLY, among others. Due to varying elements and different platform requirements, I find it quite challenging.
Key points that need to be covered include:
- Moving varying elements of worker data: This often involves details such as the worker's name, last 4 digits of their SSN, email address, phone number, and home address.
- Data transfer to multiple platforms: The worker data needs to be correctly entered into 20 different platforms, each with their own unique format requirements.
- Learning from an existing workflow: I can provide a simple workflow of the current manual process to aid in understanding the task at hand.
The ideal freelancer for this project would be proficient in data management, data entry, automation, and have an understanding of the disparate platform user interfaces.
