Staff availability sync with staff roster then sync with hours and wage sheet.

Hello my name is Dwayne and I work for a fast food chain. I am looking at saving myself so much time.
What I am looking for is to use my templates created and sync them with each other to automatically work out the data for me instead of inputting each time in every week.
Google availability sheet to input shift time selected date for each employee then sync over to excel to my roster template ( 2 different store templates ) and inputs all names selected into my blank roster , showing how many staff can work each type of shift , including if its more then one.
Than the data from the excel sheet ( 2 roster templates ) with the shift times , automatically calculate the hours and costing in the next work sheet per restaurant.
The roster temp has 4 workbooks with rosters for 2 store , sheet 3 has atto hours calculation and costing in another sheet
