Spreadsheet to trend data selectable by various critiria

I need to be able to trend data points by selecting from a drop down list. I would like to select which aspects to trend and graph. A rough example spreadsheet is attached. There would be two drop downs with either being able to select each data point for a given serial or ID and plot points from several dates on individual graphs for trending.
I want to complete this in 1 day.
