Spreadsheet service history
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a spreadsheet to track vehicle maintenance service history.
Requirements:
- The spreadsheet should have a user-friendly interface and be easy to navigate.
- The service history should include the date of service, service performed, and service provider.
- I am open to any format or template for the spreadsheet, so the freelancer can use their creativity.
- The level of detail required is moderate, including the date of service, service performed, and service provider.
The spreadsheet will need to be made for up to 30 different vehicles.
Once agreed upon up to 8 months of previous service history will need to be entered into new spread sheets with work on different vehicles being added into the respective service sheet.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating and customizing spreadsheets, preferably with experience in tracking service history.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of information.
- Strong organizational skills to create a user-friendly and efficient spreadsheet.
- Ability to understand the needs of the project and translate them into a functional spreadsheet.
- Excellent communication skills to clarify any questions or concerns.
