Spreadsheet formula and population

We have a number of spreadsheets that need formulas applied to create pricing for different resorts. We have a video of what we want and also a spreadsheet example. If we get a good result we have a number that we need to have done. Please find the video and excel example. We need a timeframe and budget to do this one first.
