Spreadsheet to Record Billable Hours

Hi there,

I need some help to create a simple spreadsheet to record billable hours for my business. I would like the days of the week (and dates) on the Y axis and client names on the X axis. I bill my clients in fifteen minute increments so I'll need a symbol formulated to represent this; and I would like the spreadsheet to tally the hours for each day and each client and a tally for the end of each week.

I would like a space on the spreadsheet to make very brief notes or, perhaps, a symbol to represent each of the various tasks I complete. Some examples of the tasks would be phone call with client, phone call with stakeholder, email to client, email to stakeholder, SMS exchange with client, SMS exchange with stakeholder, administrative task for client etc.

I would also like this to be created on Google Sheets.
