We need you to modify 2 of our existing spreadsheets.

We have an existing lead sheet and we would like to be able to see how many leads we convert to bookings.
You may need to add in a separate sheet "Dashboard" for the results

Outcomes:
- We want to be able to see what our conversion rate is as a %
- We want to be able to see conversion rates per CSR (customer service representative)
- We want to be able to input a target Conversion rate %
- We want to be able to see the rates on a graph to see our target vs our current
- We want to be able to see this data per Day, Week, Month and Year

We have an existing Sales Tracking sheet and we would like to be able to see how many jobs each technician converts to a job (as a %) ie Quote Conversion Rate %
You may need to add in a separate sheet "Dashboard" for the results

- We want to be able to see conversion rates per Technician
- We want to be able to input a target Conversion rate %
- We want to be able to see the rates on a graph to see our target vs our current per technician
- We want to be able to see this data per Day, Week, Month and Year
- We want to be able to see our conversion rates as a team per Day, Week, Month Year
