Spreadsheet/Dashboard

I am looking for assistance in developing a spreadsheet/dashboard/live risk matrix to help me track and analyse important data. In particular, I need to be able to track staff fatigue, which will be manually entered into the spreadsheet/dashboard and displayed in a risk matrix. I would prefer to use Microsoft Excel as the software or platform to develop the spreadsheet/dashboard. I am hoping to use this spreadsheet/dashboard to track and present staff fatigue for nursing staff. I would like the data to be present in way that can at some point in the future be linked to Microsoft BI.
