Spreadsheet Cleanup: Formatting, Cleaning & Organization for daily profit loss from OCR results
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for help with cleaning, formatting, and organizing a large spreadsheet containing daily profit and loss data from 2019 to 2024. The data was originally exported from handwritten OCR scans, so there are some typos, inconsistencies, and formatting issues that need to be corrected.
What I Need:
-Data Cleaning: Fix OCR errors, typos, and inconsistent entries.
Reformatting: Structure the data into daily profit & loss sheets following proper accounting formats.
-Separation: Ensure that text descriptions and numerical values are in separate cells.
-Financial Structuring: Categorize expenses into Expend 1 (daily expenses) and Expend 2 (safe carry-over money). Separated text/currencies.
Summaries: Generate daily, monthly, and yearly totals for income, expenses, and final balances.
Formatting: Apply consistent styling, date formats (dd/mm/yy), and currency (Thai Baht ฿).

I’ll be sending the spreadsheet, along with screenshots of the current format, examples of the desired format, and the original OCR outputs for reference only a couple of years, can provide more if needed later.
