Spreadsheet Automation and Formula Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an Excel spreadsheet upgraded with automation and formulas. Currently, I have separate sheets for each month, with data organized in separate columns for calls and tickets per employee.
Requirements:
- Add formulas to calculate:
- Daily totals per employee (calls & tickets)
- Team average per day and per month
- Calls per day (indicate if they are above average or below average)
- Tickets per day (indicate if they are above average or below average)
- Cells should be green for above average, red for below average.
- Update "Performance Summary" with columns:
- Employee | Calls Avg | Tickets Avg | Above/Below Call Avg | Above/Below Ticket Avg
- Use conditional formatting in the Summary sheet to color code above/below average.
- Set up named ranges or dynamic tables for each month to ensure formulas remain intact when copying/pasting into future tabs.
I will attach my old spreadsheet and a new spreadsheet. My old spreadsheet did allow me to add notes if an employee was off for the day to explain why they did not have productivity for the day. I'd like that in the new one as well. Someone else created the NEW spreadsheet but did not add any formulas so I can't copy/paste for new months and data.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with formulas, conditional formatting, and automation
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
