Spartan Trade Tracker

The purpose of the Spreadsheet or Database is to be able to log all the trades placed from my trading platforms. I need to be able to analyse from the closed trades and to extract data as to which strategies or days of the week etc, were most profitable and what risk to reward was achieved and to also monitor the real time open positions profit or loss in the Dashboard.
I have included a sample data partially developed Excel spreadsheet and a Word document brief of what I want accomplished.
