Spanish-speaking Aparejador arquitecto o Construction Project Manager Needed -- 2

I'm seeking a professional who's proficient in Spanish and experienced in construction management and procurement, to help me effectively organize and execute a range of construction tasks in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Putting into worfs the plans and projects to know what to quote
- Quoting: You'll be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates for the work, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
- Scheduling: You'll need to develop a comprehensive calendar that outlines the tasks to be completed and their deadlines.Implementva control system
- Supplier Identification: You'll be expected to research and identify at least 3 reliable suppliers for construction works, materials and equipment.
- Contractor Engagement: You'll be in charge of reaching out and negotiating with contractors specializing in masonry, painting, carpentry, and all involved in peject including the renders to be able to follow mkt plan
Requirements:
- Construction Management Experience: Proven experience in managing construction projects, including quoting, scheduling, and supplier engagement.
- Spanish Proficiency: It's essential that you are fluent in Spanish, as all communication with suppliers and contractors will be in Spanish.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors to get the best price and ensure timely delivery.
- Attention to Detail: The capacity to meticulously follow the detailed plans and measurements provided, ensuring that the work is carried out accurately.
