Southeast Region Boat Database Creation

I'm looking for an expert who can help me create a comprehensive database of all registered boats in the southeast region, specifically Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The database should be an Excel file containing the following information for each boat:
- Owner's name and contact information
- Boat specifications (make, model, size, year)
- Location of the boat
This database will be invaluable for my cold calling efforts aimed at offering Yamaha outboard engine services and yacht insurance.
