Someone to build me a basic data base of customer

I need a basic CRM / data base created
this data base need to be basic and it need to do the following
1. keep accurate client details , just basic details such as name, Company address, email, contact numbers which trade show they are attending
2. be able to record my interactions with client
3. be able to set client into categories based on trade show they are attending
4, be able to export to an excel list for bulk emails can me done
5. auto record of emails sent
