Software of Excel Macro Created to Send Email to 100-200 people with individual attachments

I am looking for a skilled professional who can create an Excel Macro that will allow me to send an email every week to a list of 100-200 recipients using Outlook.
Purpose of the email:
- The purpose of the email is to provide information to the recipients.
- Each user needs to receive an email that I can customise
- Each user needs to receive a different email attachment that the program needs to select based on data in the excel sheet -
- Note - I already have a macro that does this however it breaks sometimes and only sends 50 of 100 emails and we cannot work out why. I can provide the excel files that have the list of emails and format of how we send things
Email recipients:
- I already have a complete list of email recipients.
- The list may change each week so I need to be able to edit the list easily
Preferred email client:
- I would like to use Outlook as the email client to send these emails.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Excel Macros
- Experience with Outlook email client
- Strong attention to detail to ensure each email is sent with the correct individual attachment
