Smart RFI Sheet Creation for Heat Exchangers

I'm looking for an Excel expert who can create an intelligent RFI (Request for Information) sheet for heat exchangers.

Key Requirements:
- Incorporate fields for Technical Specifications and Operational Parameters
- Use of drop-down lists for data validation
- Implement conditional formatting that includes color coding based on value ranges, highlighting duplicates, and data bar visualization
- Create a VBA button that allows emailing the completed form

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Excel, with strong VBA skills
- Experience in creating data-rich Excel sheets
- Familiarity with industrial data and heat exchangers
- Able to implement advanced Excel features like conditional formatting and data validation
