Small modification to existing VBA script

I have an .xlsm file that takes a larger spreadsheet and distills it down to just a few fields with a calculation. I need to modify the script to append the name with " - Firstname Lastname" to the "Austin Batch" or "Lubbock Batch" text in the Description field. I need to also change the multiplyer factor from what it is currently to .9235.
