Skype Interviewer - MUST BE ENGLISH FLUENT!
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a Skype interviewer who will call new hires based on appoints the new hires have set on a Google Calendar, after the interview, you will send each qualified technician the new hire paperwork.
BONUS:
1. Skype phone number will be provided to you for FREE calling into the United States.
PAYMENT:
1. Payment is based on each new hire you will call via Skype (everyone gets offered the chance to be hired) at $3.00 per new hired worker. The FULL amount of time it takes to on board a new hire is 30 minutes.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must speak ENGLISH well (at least an 8 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being fluent and without an accent).
2. Must have a fast internet connection
3. Must have a smartphone.
4. Available from 10 am - 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday
5. Great at following directions
6. Familiar with Skype
7. There will be a video training and then a Skype screen share training that you must complete.
Preferred candidate qualities:
* Able to make phone calls into the United States
* Previous experience in the IT industry, especially as a field technician
* Experience with using Excel spreadsheets
* Organized
* Professional
* Experience with the DocuSign platform
* Great communication skills
* Able to follow directions correctly
