Simplifying a workflow chart and putting into Microsoft Visio or Word so that I can add functions etc.

I am seeking someone who can provide me with a professional workflow diagram. I have a more complex workflow and I just need a cut down version (without the columns (client Front End, Loan System, Collection Module). Ideally I would like the output file to be in visio or word or a file format I can add to if I want to alter steps etc.
