Simple excel code

I need help with a quick excel VBA/Macro/conditional formatting on a worksheet. Whatever method works is fine by me. I typically prefer VBA but not opposed to other methods. I will attach the excel document here. It is a checklist. If you click on the drop-down button, it highlights the weekends in Row 3. This is working fine. However, in the task portion of the sheet the blue cells are not lining up with Row 3. Can someone help us with this?
