Simple but Urgent 2-4 hours turnaround Quarterly Timeline Slides/sheets work

I need to make some simple timelines in Google sheets. Basically gathering up information on some spreadsheets to make quarterly summaries of events that have taken place from 2009 until present. There are 3 timelines, Travel / medical / Summary. The timelines should be grouped quarterly, with a summary of how many events per quarter. With regards to style, I like attached timelines 2 3 and 1 in that order. With regards to events, attached is a spreadsheet Quarterly-1 . there are 2 sheets, travel and medical. There should be summaries of quarterly events linked to the timeline so that changes can be made that affect the visual outcome. Final product needs to be fully functional in Google Sheets.
