Simple Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Clean Up

I have a very simple job that needs to be completed quickly. It requires a good understanding of how to use Microsoft excel including deleting material and aligning information in columns and rows. Need to convert responses to a 20-question qualtrics survey into a readable/accessible excel spreadsheet. I will identify the material including rows and columns that need to be deleted.
