Simple Excel - Part Tracker

I have created the baseline of an excel database to track parts called "Build#s" as they move through different stations. I am looking for help to finish the spreadsheet and add a GUI so that user can enter information and view information as simple and fast as as possible. All requirements are attached on power point presentation. If you have ideas for a different approach I welcome those too
