I'm looking for a proficient Excel expert to create a simple accounting spreadsheet for me.

The spreadsheet should:
- Track income and expenses
- Calculate the balance automatically
- Display the date range (from/to)
- Allow for input of purchase price
- Perform automatic calculations

The spreadsheet will primarily be used to track normal household income and bills.
